Client Area

This area was developed as part of our on-going commitment to our clients and the services we provide.
Our simple, easy-to-use interface allows our clients to securely download proofs of their latest projects in development, as well as provide a convenient method for uploading any necessary files directly to us.

Our system can accept up to 300MB in a single upload, and will automatically terminate if the the transaction is not completed within 180 minutes. Uploads will overwrite files of the same name already stored on our server.

Users that successfully upload files through our Client Area will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the transaction including the file name, size, type, date and time of the delivery.

File Naming Conventions
Because we use both Mac and Windows systems for production, it is important to follow specific file naming conventions to ensure maximum compatibility and avoid any possible file corruption during the file transfer process.

File Upload Requirements
Before sending any files, it is highly recommended that you use StuffIt (Mac/Windows) or WinZip (Windows) to compress the file size. Smaller file sizes will upload much faster and lessen the chance of corruption upon receipt.
